Black Forest began with a single, magnificent Maine Coon and a love that simply would not be contained. What started as one beloved cat slowly grew, with great care, into the small breeding program we are today.
Every kitten that leaves our home was raised underfoot — held daily from the first week, socialized to the sounds and rhythms of family life, and surrounded by warmth from the very beginning. We do not run an operation. We run a household, and the cats run that.
Health, temperament, and a deep respect for the breed guide every decision we make. We breed seldom and we breed thoughtfully. The result, we hope, is a kitten who arrives at your door already knowing what love is.
